New PC and stream keeps crashing

Hello I've just recently got a new PC and have run into and issue while I'm streaming. The stream will keep starting and stopping over and over through out the time im streaming. This wasn't an issue with my old PC which is nowhere near the specs of this one and I can't seem to figure out the issue. I've tried changing my connection type WIFI/Direct, lower resolution and bitrate. My PC Specs are AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, RTX 4090, and 32GB RAM. Internet Speed test comes out at 543mbs download and 176mbs upload.
