Hello, So I've been using CQP (18) for a while now while recording videos and it honestly has been the best 1:1 quality. I was recording fine on my PC on Friday, then went away for a few days- came back and now my settings no longer work as great. I decided to update, and it did not get any better: There is stuttering, frame drops, freezing constantly. My specs are high-end, and I've fluctuated using different settings such as the New Nvidia codec and using the old with no real difference or solution.
