Question / Help new monitor and screen doesn't fill

Before i was on a monitor that was 1600x900 and it worked fine then i got a new monitor that is 1680x1050 and I changed the resolution but there is still a black bar on the bottom of the screen and only showing as if it was 1600x900 and cuts off part of the screen. how do i fix this
 
Go to settings>video and select the new monitor then apply. you should also recreate the source if it's monitor capture. if not then then just right click and "fit to screen" to make a source fill the whole screen.

Where do I find fit screen, and my problem I think is the same, my capturing cuts the inferior and the right part of the screen( http://imgur.com/nNLw6UG,T3G7Unl#0 ) (there are two images one of the cut and the normal)
