Windows 10 isn't really supported by OBS yet, but you can right click the OBS shortcut and run the program in Windows 7 compatibility mode and I believe that should fix it.

While it does "work", I can only get 24-29fps in compatibility mode.

Are you using build 9879? Many people, including me, have been having a lot of bugs with it, including blue screens of death, instability issues and driver issues. I'm using windows technical preview build 9841 and it seems to be working just fine with OBS without having to use compatibility mode.

Yeah i'm using 9879 and have only run into 2 issues, 1: My Num/Cap/Scrl. lock lights on the keyboard (which is apparently universal) and this issue.
