Hello,
I have this new issue with my streaming computer running OBS Studio which seems to be stemming from high CPU usage. (no games running on streaming computer its a 2 PC stream setup but firefox for music and stream management maybe a game guide) I have been streaming for 3 years no issues about two weeks ago I noticed some stuttering and jumpy frames streaming even though OBS did not say I was dropping frames. I checked task manager and noticed my CPU was bottoming out at 100% CPU usage and in software OBS says is using anywhere from 50% -65% CPU even idle (Not streaming) and Performance monitor (Cntrl+Alt+Delete) says its actually 60%-75%.
I'm confused because i really haven't changed anything from the glory days of when my stream worked, in fact having these issues I deleted a lot of scenes and sources to try and knock it down but that doesn't seem to help. I've streamed NVenc for the longest time 720P 30 fps again with no issue..... When i close OBS my computer goes from 95%-100% CPU usage down to 5%-10% (again with firefox and some small programs like winamp visualizer and a chat bot) Again this is an issue when Idle, streaming doesnt seem to add much CPU power but maybe 5%. I have included in log.
Mind taking a look? Thanks for all your help ahead of time!
