Question / Help New Here! Anyway I could produce a viable league stream?

My computer Specs are:

AMD Phenom II X4 820
8 Gigs Ram
Geforce 9600 GT

My internet is up and down but I used xplit and tested my bandwith up to 8000 KB/ps Uploading, I can do speed tests or whatever you guys need to figure out what my internet is capable of.

My problem is on my screen everything looks fine, and in the preview but when I view the stream it is chopping and freezes alot, Audio and Video. If I can actually stream on this what settings do you reccomend?

Well your video card is not that great but you can try streaming some low quality. Can you make a www.speedtest.net to the server where you stream ? If you are using twitch.tv go and download jtvping http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmes ... _id=326034 and check out where you want to stream ( where you have the lowest ms) then make the speed test to that city and once you have done that post here or just use the https://obsproject.com/estimator

Okay going through your OBS Recommended settings right now, now my stream is coming up green for some reason o.O

Just real quick; speedtest.net is worthless for livestreamers. Don't listen to pacholol.
Run a 6MB test at http://testmy.net/upload instead to get a better idea what kind of throughput you have in regards to livestreaming.
