Question / Help New CPU or New GPU?

hey,guys im having pretty bad fps while im streaming.
which one will helps more ?a new cpu or a new gpu?

make sure to post a log maybe you got some settings wrong

and i assume you are running an e3 1230v2 which is basically a i7 3770 and is more than enough to stream.

if you upgrade right now go ahead and get a new gpu
