Operating SystemMicrosoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

and also I went to test my net and here are the results

::.. Upload Speed Test Result Details ..:::
Upload Connection Speed:: 4410 Kbps or 4.4 Mbps
Upload Speed Test Size:: 33 MB or 33792 kB or 34603008 bytes

Have you tried lowering your bitrate/buffersize?

Something that helped me with my high ping was decreasing the audio bitrate (decreasing it to like 80 made a huge difference for some weird reason)

551kb/s is about ~2,3mbit upload (256kbit = 1mbit)

you are using 2765 as your bitrate

do the math and you will find out why you are having ping issues

Bitrate should be something under 550, but that will make your stream look really bad.
But try to do a speedtest with this tool: http://www.measurementlab.net/tools/shaperprobe

Also I see that you are streaming on wireless, try wired. Since your upload speed should be 4.4 mbps, but you are getting like 550 kbps.

ignore this

start at ~1600 bitrate/buffer

also make sure to check "minimize network impact"

if you are still having ping issues keep going down with your bitrate

theres no real answer its all about testing it your own

1mbit is about equal to 1000bitrate (should be 1024 to be exact but doesnt really matter)

I wouldn't ignore my reply, streaming on wireless is not recommended.
Also when you mean kb/s do you mean kilobyte per second or kilobit?
Coz if you mean kilobyte per second, then 550 kilobyte/second is ~4400 kilobit per second (not counting any overhead)
Also 1mbit is exactly equal to 1000 kbps bitrate, 1024 is for bytes.

but wireless is the only option for the moment for me because I'm not able to used a wired connector to my router cause it's in another area of the house plus my parents most likely won't let me do it

actually had an typo

according to what he posted im talkin about kB/s so kilobyte per second

and yes its over 4mbit since 256kB/s is equal to 2mbits

but still 550bitrate would be ~0.5mbit thats what i wanted him to ignore

didnt want to be mean or anything but its true streaming on wireless is not recommended because wireless tends to be really bad but if its working and he doesnt have dropped frames or connection issues, why not.

sorry mate

I can't connect my pc to the main router my only option for now is wireless but so far nothings wrong with that atm
so set the bitrate and buffer to 1600 and only decrease it if im still having troubles?

you have to start somewhere to start testing

since you have problems with 2,7k i would recommend checking the option "minimize network impact" and then keep dropping the bitrate until your ping is stable and its playable

So what should i change the bitrate and buffer to be?
