Question / Help New Computer/FPS Spikes

Recently got a new computer, using same OBS settings as old computer, and am now receiving lag spikes. Normally its at 118FPS, but every 30seconds it spikes and my FPS is around 30. Everything works fine when im not using OBS though.

First of all one tiny thing: go in to advanced and set "scene buffering time" to 700.

You new computer seems pretty nice. The log doesn't particularly say anything too out of the ordinary. What specifically are you capturing?
