Question / Help New Computer Crashing fx 8350, gtx 760

I just built a new computer and have been using it fine for about 2 days play all my usual game without a hiccup league of legends,Counter strike GO,DayZ. Today i decided to start using obs to stream some modern warfare 2 i can play just fine for sometime it varies from each time its crashed like 4 times already. When it does crash it stays on one frame and it plays the same sound over and over again, then it takes about 30 seconds then an obs message comes up and says obs has crashed. What could it be, my obs settings or my computer? any help would he appreciated thanks in advance.
