UMMMMM.. There is a another thread on here talking about this. And i could not get the 5060 or 5070 to work in high settings 1440p with out encoding errors, it had to be on fast or it would always get errors. When i used my a380 with my 5070, i put the quick sync av1 on slowest, high quality, with 45000k crb, no issues, no jumping, i would do cqp 20, on 7 slowest, no problems..... it costed me about 20 frames on my main gpu tho, but it worked flawless, know what doesnt work, the 9070, 5070, 5060, they all have 1440p encoder issues....

^^^^
here is the other thread...

and yes thanks for your help on the av1 amd thing, still i should be able to set it up to 50k. with out it jumping all over, because i can do that with the h265. the 9070 can use the quality setting when streaming not high quality, high wuality gets errors. i think the 5080, and 5090 have duel encoders, and can handle better quality streams, its the lower end 5070 5060 5050 that struggle.

Oh and hey, is there a chance that obs could tap int othe power of the dual encoders on the 9070 xt? if it used both maybe it could spit out a cleaner looking stream.... i dont know exactly how it works....

I have read that when games ar above 60 fps, the encoders srtuggle. But you buy a monitor with 144hz and you want to use it. some kind of flow control to the encoder needs to happen to filter out the extra frames... and not over whelm. I dunno. but with the a380, i was able to capture super high settings with high fps..

So i think i need to run an a380, with an x4 expander pcie canverter cable, and run the a380 at 4x, so my main gpu stays at 16 lanes not 8....... if i can figure that out, then maybe, an one system streaming setup with high frames will be possible.

I fixed the flux by slimming down my scenes, deleteing plugins out, and wow its way more stable now... also, the quality of the codec in the 9070 are aweful, and i just bought a 4080, i hope all my woes are gone...

Nah, the 5080 and 5090 stream great, not the 5070 and below, the 9070 looks horrid when streaming. I got my 4080, i can av1 at 45k up, no jumping, it uses duald engine, it looks amazing.. I got the card i need, if only i could afford the 4090.

No mention of it in the thread but all of your monitors are running 10-bit color. If HDR is not enabled on your system, more than likely the Color Depth setting in the AMD Control Panel should be changed from 10 to 8-bit.

Update OBS
Update Waveform & any other plugins you have.
Fix Sample Rate mismatches
Most Scenes are bugged with multiple Display, Game and/or Window Captures. Only (1) Per Scene to avoid interference.
Check mobo support site again, if WriteN RTMP send errors keep happening.

Another nice troubleshooting step:
Create a new Scene collection, add just (1) Scene/Source and test. If there's significant improvement, something is buggy in the old collection, Like all those SE/Java Script errors.
