Question / Help NEVNC "encoder initialization failed" on 335.23 drivers

Before anyone says something I did Google and search the forums. All I come up with was "beta drivers are bad roll back to 335.23"
I'm already running 335.23 because Dead Rising 3 will crash all the time if I upgrade so that isn't my problem.

My Rig is..
GPU: GTX 780
CUP: AMD FX8350 ucore (4.0Ghz)
Ram: 12GB
OBS v0.635b

I have also tried all the presets
I have had no problems streaming with the x264 encoder but the performance hit is too much in some games. I have taken to using shadowplay for the more demanding games but I hate its lack of customisation

Upgrading has seemed to help but it makes dead rising 3 unplayable.
Guess I will just have to wait even longer to play it with out crashing.

I had hopped that I could get it working with the 335.23 drivers as they are the ones everyone seems to recommend for OBS and for DR3 but no such luck
