I am using a network stream (Shoutcast live stream ) in a Media Source and it disconnects after a few days (I haven't timed it exactly), it just stops receiving the audio stream. I have it set to reconnect (Reconnect Delay) set at 10 seconds, but it either doesn't reconnect automatically or for whatever reason it just stops receiving the stream. The incoming stream is fine and stable, no issues there.
To reconnect it I have to click into the source and just click 'OK' and it then reconnects and is fine for a few days and then just stops again.
Any ideas on what I can look into or what I can do to ensure it stays connected (or reconnects on its own)? Alternatively, any thoughts on a better way to do this? I just need an audio stream to play permanently.
