my network usually breaks when I stream making it very difficult for my facebook audience to watch our programs. Please I want to find out if there is any possibility of using two network at the same time so if one breaks obs can automatically switch to the other without breaking the transmission

This is called hot failover or dual WAN support. You need a router that will work on your service provider that supports this feature, as well as a second internet provider.
