network flow for stream

Hi guys, I have a problem with obs and vlc. I use a Panasonic HC-X2000 for stream, so I connect the camera to vlc but when I try to capture the vlc source didn't work. I’ve already checked that vlc and obs are in x64.

How you connecting to computer?

I connect the camera with wifi. I use the ip address for open a network flow on vlc.
