Im streaming from my XB1 through a dedicated streaming PC I just built.

Elgato HD
Instead of describing what its doing, I just uploaded a game clip. The game clip is perfect quality on my Xbox. It just seems like anything going through the Elgato is getting some kind of interference. Maybe its just old and wore out?

Ive had the elgato for about 4 years now and used to stream off my laptop. Everything was always smooth as far as the elgato video quality. The only issues I ran into had to do with my laptop (hence my PC build)
Heres the troubleshooting Ive gone through:
- Elgato HD supports USB 2.0 - Tried the cable in both 2.0 & 3.0
- Checked Windows for updates
- Up to date on all drives/drivers
- Switched HDMI cables in & out
- Deleted most current Elgato software update and installed the previous version
- No settings inside "Elgato Game Capture HD" have any effect on the issue Im having
