Question / Help Needed some help on my Lenovo Y500

Hi, I'm really new to OBS and a lot of the settings in YT doesn't really work for me because the videos that I recorded can be laggy sometimes. So can I ask for a suitable gaming settings for my Y500?

Here are my specs:
3rd generation Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM (2.40GHz 1600MHz 6MB)
8GB, 12GB PC3-12800 DDR3 SDRAM 1600 MHz
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT750M GDDR5 2GB
