Question / Help Need video editor recommendations for making highlights

Hi everyone! Can anyone recommend a good video editing software because I want to upload my own highlights to YouTube. I find the Twitch/YouTube integration is very low quality(360p) and it looks very blurry. I have tried opening the OBS output file into Windows Movie Maker but it takes forever to convert it because some of my streams are over 2 hours long. Any help would be much appreciated. It doesn't have to bee free software, but I don't want to shell out hundreds of dollars.

You can use avidemux. It will let you cut, split, join and other stuff and you wont need to re-encode. Just hit save and your read to go.
