Hello everyone, aspiring new streamer here looking for help on getting my stream set up.
Ive got the whole set up downloaded and ready to go, but I seem to have some issues that I dont really know how to approach.
Followed an easy guide on how to set up data information and all that within OBS. I have the driver software and everything for the elgato going. I turned off HDCP on the PS4 and have my elgatoHD60 plugged in and ready to go.
When I click "preview stream" or "record stream" its just black in Scene window.. same thing on twitch its just a black screen. I can hear audio from site ads/videos playing.
Also, once I hit preview/record/stream my TV goes completely static, not just black screen but literally white/black static.. so whats the deal here will I be able to play on my TV while I capture? And why would the OBS scene be black?
Any help would be massively appreciated, I can take pictures of the OBS windows with my various settings as well if need be.
