Question / Help Need to upgrade my computer or buy a new one.

So I streamed for the first time last night, and kept getting the "High CPU usage" warning & very choppy game play. Tried adjusting the settings, and finally found something that worked, but was still super choppy. I have an HP 500-214 with an AMD Elite Quad-Core 18-6500 Accelerated Processor, and AMD Radeon HD 8570D Graphics.
I'm guessing its my CPU that is the problem here. Does anyone have recommendations for a setting I can use to get by until I purchase a new computer? Also, I don't want to build a new PC. What is one that already comes with a good enough CPU and Graphics card for streaming in HD? (Please use small words, I'm not down with advanced computer lingo)

Thank You!

Hey,
hmm, to lower the CPU resources OBS will use you could get into the Settings, then Advanced and change your "x264 CPU preset" from veryfast to superfast or even ultrafast.
If you can tell us a rough budget, that you would be willing to invest for the new PC we can probably give you a few tips how to find a good system. I can of course tell you general things to look for, but that might be too much computer lingo :)
