Question / Help Need to record internet explorer for workproject, but its all white

Hi guys, I have an issue that I have already invested a large amount of time and effort in to try and fix it.

I use a Microsoft Surface Book and I need to record some scenes for work and its for a internet explorer based project management tool.
The problem is that when I add a window source and set it to IE and start the recording, the content of the IE browser is displyaed as all white. I see the toolbar, the buttons in it and the URL bar, etc. But all CONTENT is not there, all white.

I scoured the internet for assistance cause I hate posting threads for help. I do use AVAST but I disabled it completely and added OBS to the exceptions and disabled all IE add ons. To no avail.

PLS help, time is of the essence, something big at work depends on me being able to record.

What GPU is in your Microsoft Surface? OBS requires a GPU that has some relatively advanced features, many embedded GPUs won't work with it (Intel Quicksync being a notable exception).

Post an OBS log file from your attempt and maybe we can tell from that.
