Hey guys,
I just started streaming and some of my friend say that it is laggy as hell. Been on it myself and yes, the stream become very laggy after like a few minutes.
I have put my buffer and bitrate to 2000 and i'm at 30 FPS, afterward i've decided to uncheck the custom buffer size. I've checked my internet connection and its "okay" for a 720p stream. i've got a 30/10 internet connection
I've done a lot of reading about that on internet, dont know if i've done it right, but here is my last log of my last "test stream", can you tell me what you think?

I know its a recurring thread on internet, but hey.. i need to be sure if everything is alright!
PS: Sorry if there is some french in the log, its my first language so..
