Need the best settings for 32 bit windows 10 (x264)

heyy i need the best obs settings for 32bit windows (x264 encoder) i have tried so many setting but it doesnt and also what things i can do to improve my recordings!!

First of all - the best settings are these which meet your expectations. Please tell more about what do you require from your recordings.

32 bit Windows is quite constraining as you've got only 4GB address space per process. Also this architecture suggests you are running on a low-end hardware. Attach a recent log from OBS. This will make it a lot easier to help you.
