I'm not entirely sure if this is the spot for me to post this but I have some general questions.
A little background. I'm trying to setup a weather streaming system. Meaning when there is potential for severe weather event in the US I would like to stream during these events with my radar software and what not.
Thing is there is some specific things I would like to have.
I would like an alert to popup in my stream when a tornado warning or severe thunderstorm warning is issued from the national weather service. Of course this would have a simple announcement of the weather event
Second I would like a part on the bottom of the stream that would flip between the current weather alerts.
I was thinking I could use an API integrated into OBS that would do all of these alerts but I don't have a clue how one would integrate an API.
Anyone willing to help out would be greatly appreciated.
