After numerous tries and tests with different settings i more or less gave up and showed up here to see if people could give some hints on what i should do.
I play a few games but mostly league of legends and for fun a few people asked me to try this and i gave it a shot.
well, it was a nightmare to find correct settings.
Basically ingame i can have +- 100 fps however as soon as i start the stream it can fall down to 10 fps when lots of stuff is happening on the screen, and when nothing is happening the stream itself feels very laggy and i see massive framedrops while doing live where i experience lots of delays and times when the stream freezes for 7-8 seconds and then laggs like mad while im getting very low ingame fps and overall "lag".
Even tried a test run where i had absolutely nothing except internet running and OBS and streamed the desktop but even that lagged, tried twitch mainly but the problem might lie somewhere else aswell.
I've tried a lots of different settings but hopefully this can help me out a bit.
So now i'll post every information i can find.
