so i've just started streaming and tried to play around the settings and no matter what i try the stream always looks really choppy and stutter constantly. i would like some help in optimizing my stream settings.

my isp:
what i'm mostly streaming is Osu! and i would really like the frames to be smooth as possible. occasionally i would also stream some starcraft 2 and league. it would be greatly appreciated if someone could provide 3 different stream settings for each one of these games
