Question / Help Need some help with OBS setting for streaming to twich

I need some help configering my OBS for streaming as I keep having the buffer maxing out

My system spec;

OS: Windows 7 64bit
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor, 4000 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM):16.0 GB
Total Physical Memory:15.9 GB
Available Physical Memory: 10.5 GB
Total Virtual Memory: 31.8 GB
Available Virtual Memory: 24.6 GB

Harddrive Size: 1.82 TB (2,000,396,321,280 bytes)

Grafics: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series -:- RAM; (1,048,576) bytes

Download Speed: 160mbps
Upload Spead: 10mbps

these did not make much buffer lag howerever the Quility was very very low and I am sure I can get getter from my set up
