When streaming to justin/twitch you should have CBR enabled under encoding options. Also make sure you have "custom buffer" unchecked. Try a bitrate of 3000. Also under broadcast settings uncheck minimize network impact. Try that. Also you are not dropping any frames in your log.

Do you mean your stream is lagging when other people are viewing it? Or that it is laggy when you view it (while you are streaming)?

Your connection should be sufficient to have minimize network impact unchecked at all times when streaming.

Do you have a link to your stream?

Id suggest not viewing your stream at the same time on the same computer (sometimes can cause weird video lag/loops because you're decoding a video and it can also cause loops with audio even when you have it muted) if you're going to watch it, watch it from a seperate computer. Or a second monitor and just monitor your obs window. and your stream looks very smooth to me...

Can you clarify what you mean by "lag?" I can think of 3 different things people may describe as "lag."

If you mean the delay between what you do and when it's shown on stream, that's normal and nothing can be done about it. It takes time to send the data out to Twitch, then Twitch has to process it and send it back out to viewers. (including you)

If you mean it just looks choppier on the stream, that could be because you're recording at 30FPS and playing at 60+. (Don't try 1080p @ 60FPS though, if you want it to look smoother, do 720p @ 60 FPS)

If you mean it actually stutters on the Twitch player, then since you're not dropping frames it's on Twitch's end and the only thing you could maybe try is switching streaming servers to see if that helps.
