Question / Help need some help with my obs!

so i've been trying to record for like 3 years and i can't figure it out,
so i was wondering if its my pc

here are my specs
CPU INTEL i7-6700
GPU Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics
RAM 32GB

Your system is well above the OBS minimum spec. It'd be best if you posted what the actual problem or error message you're receiving is, preferably along with a logfile from a recording attempt where the issue happened.

there isnt an error just lag a ton! and my quality is really bad
