Question / Help Need some help setting up OBS for multi-platform.

I am trying to find some way short of installing a second copy of OBS to have a twitch profile, and a youtube profile so that I can stream to one or the other at my leisure. Is there a master profile that would save settings, or am I going to have to install a second copy and set it up for youtube much in the same way I set up my first for twitch? Please help. Thanks.

OBS Studio has Profile menu to store settings and Scene Collection menu to store different sets of sources/scenes.

I tried, but much like the Handbook for the Recently Deceased, it reads like stereo instructions. So will saving my profile save my stream key and what service I am streaming on?

Hard to try it by yourself, if you complain that you are pro..? The Help simply guides you through the options you have to use when you want to perform the action. Use search and index (or wait when the contextual help will cover 100% of the OBS Studio application itself).
