Question / Help Need some help please.

I am new to streaming and would like to start, so i downloaded open broadcaster software. Well i know how to link my twitch account to it, but other then that idk what i am doing. i know my internets not fast enough for good quality so i planned on running snes games and such. here is my internet connection. http://www.speedtest.net/result/2757371339.png, and i have a computer with an i5 3.0ghz processor. and a raideon hd 5770. if someone could explain and set up a tut would be so nice and would be really appreciated. Thanks so much in advance. P.S if there is a tut and you want to link me to it, would be so nice! :D
