Currently, I'm streaming on 1280x720[720P @ 60fps].
But from what I heard, non-partners do not get any benefit at all for streaming at 60fps as it'll still look like 30fps?(correct me if I'm wrong).
My current bitrate is 3500 and I'm on Medium Preset(i7 2600k @ 4.0GHz).
I haven't felt any fps drop at all while playing the game. Capped in-game FPS at 120 and it has been there all the time.
Now I would like to ask, what is a good Bitrate/Preset/FPS for a high motion game like CS:GO?
Is 720P @ 60FPS with 3500 Bitrate, Medium Preset good?
Or should I drop to 30FPS and lower my preset more?
and is it recommended to use Nvidia NVENC ? or should I untick that.
Cheers.
