So basically I want to stream and I've been messing with settings for a bit but I can't seem to get the best quality, I am streaming on Twitch.tv and I want to run at 1920x1080 at 30FPS.

PC Specs:
i5 4670k
16GB RAM
GTX 780 3GB
Win 8 Pro

As you can see if gets pretty choppy when movement is involved.

Let me know if you need anymore.

Unfortunately you may have to drop to 720p instead, or go to a faster preset; an i5 generally-speaking doesn't have the oomph to encode 1080p@30 on veryfast. Unfortunately this means more pixellation on motion will occur. You may try turning on QSV (some of the newer IGPs actually deliver fairly decent quality, older ones deliver very poor). Given your frame skips and duplications on the short-log provided (5-10 minutes per test is recommended to let the connection 'settle' and gather a more valid representative set).

Also, just incidentally, you'll want to switch from a wifi connection to a hardwired. Wifi is not meant to be a replacement for cables, especially in a steady-throughput, loss-sensitive application like livestreaming... it's designed for light-duty use on mobile devices. Not causing an issue in your logfile, but may in the future.

So yeah, short version is to drop your settings down, or buy an i7/Xeon CPU.

Really though, 720@30 is the recommended rate for non-partnered streamers. It delivers good quality at the recommended 2000kbps max (helping to prevent viewers from going into buffering-hell).

Oh I didn't even realize that. Might have to change my settings and re-test.
