Question / Help Need Recording Settings

I have been trying to record with a ryzen 7 2700x and rx 590 sapphire but everything I have been trying either makes the recording lag or look blurry. I have tried h.264 and h.265 I want to get 1080p 60 frames ideally would there be anyway for me to do that

Run OBS as Administrator.
Set the Output Mode to Simple.
Set the Recording Quality to Indistinguishable.
Set the encoder to x264 low-CPU.
Record to MKV or FLV, NOT MP4/MOV. If you need mp4s later, use the Remux Recordings option in OBS' File menu.
Done.

Would I be able to have more then one audio outputs with simple? And ok I’ll try it thank you
