Question / Help Need OBS Help.

I am having this issue were my Recording Footage has a small Lag Spike like every 30 seconds when i watch it back. i am not sure on what is causing it to lag in the recording and plus There is Zero in game LAG.

My pc specs.
CPU:Amd fx 8320
Ram:16gb corsair vengence
GPU:xfx 7770 Double disapation Edition Overclocked.
psu:corsair 750watt Modular
Motherboard;Gigabyte Something.
HDD;1tb 7200rpm Hard drive. I have two of these.

That log is less than one minute in total. We need one at least 10 minutes in length to allow the encode to 'settle' and gather non-spiking data on what's going on. Immediately noticeable is that the preset is still on Veryfast; might want to go to Superfast or Ultrafast, if you're just locally recording.

Your settings are contained in the logs. There's no need to post screenshots of them.
