NEED HELP!

I've got my mic all set up perfectly in OBS. Sounds great when I monitor in OBS. Problem is when I'm not in OBS, such as a 3rd party mic check or in a game, my filters aren't working and all the background noise is there. What am I not doing right???

Filters used inside OBS works inside OBS for streaming/recording.

I was pretty sure I had it working on my last mic. I just upgraded. There's no way to use OBS filters in game chat? What does everyone use then cause without filters my mic is complete booty.

There's a variety of different apps. Voicemeeter, Voicemod, the app that comes with the internal sound of your motherboard (usually Realtek), and other apps.

I still do not have any sound from Firestick Videos. I think my problem may be a setting I am missing. According to youtube videos on obs set up, I should go under Audio Input Capture Properties and set to Digtal Audio Interface (USB Audio Device) and I do not have that option. The only options I have are Default and MIcrophone (Realtek Audio). Any more suggestions? Thanks.
