need help

I am using OBS to transfer the content of the VHS cassette to my laptop. After I started to do it everything was working perfectly. I saw the video + sound on my laptop, recorded the video and the result was that my desktop had the video with sound, everything was perfect. After recording a few video VHS cassettes, suddenly, I don’t hear anything on my laptop, I had an image, but no sound, the final solution after the recording was ok when I check the recording I have sound and image, it is only when I see the image on my laptop while recording, that suddenly I don’t have sound! I have closed all programs, opened them again, did everything possible, but no result. can you help me fix this problem?
