if I use the advanced output mode it will be the same? because I need to record things in advanced (bc i need 4 audio tracks, i need to extract every audio track in audacity and when I record in simple mode there s just one audio track (simple audio track aac 2 channel) while in the advanced there are 4 audio tracks)
Also can u tell me the settings for advanced mode? simple mode's are:
streaming:
video bitrate:26000
encoder hardware(nvenc)
audio bitrate:160
recording:
recording quality:high quality medium file size
rec format mp4
encoder:hardware(nvenc)
I mean, these settings are made by obs itself(simple mode) but as I said I need them to be on advanced for further usage...

No, to do multiple audio tracks you need to output in advanced mode.

For NVENC advanced, use CQP rate control with a CQP value of 15.

Don't record in mp4. Record to mkv and remux afterwards from the file menu. If a crash or other problem interrupts recording in mp4 the entire file will be lost.

Do a test recording in simple mode, then open Help->Logfiles->View Current log. Scroll down to the log entries from the recording you just made. You will see the encoding settings you have to enter in advanced mode.

and that's all??

Yes. Start with that, run a test, see the results, look at a log, adjust frame size, frame rate and CQP value if needed if any problems are encountered.

The number of people whose experience using OBS is ruined by guides telling people to turn on custom FFMpeg parameters is incalculable. For most people, unless they need multitrack audio for editing, it's not necessary to abandon simple output mode.
