Question / Help need help with Twitch.tv 60 fps 720p stream settings

Hi everybody, I need help with setting obs to Twitch.tv 60 fps 720p stream, becouse with all my attempts it ends the same... frame drops.

My pc:
i7 4770k
msi z87-g43
gtx 660

I got 20 Mbps Upload, and with this pc I am still droping frames.

Can somebody help my make setting's with will allow me to stream game what need high bitrate, like CS: GO

I would suggest to try it with normal buffer values. Was never a fan of these totally random buffer values.
Apart of that you seem to have tried different servers already, so either its the buffer or your connection is unstable. For this topic we have a thread that includes everything you can try:
