Question / Help Need help with twitch/streaming Problem

So before when i started streaming I really had no issues at all and was doing fine. Now all of a sudden every time I turn my stream on. On the twitch screen the colors move everywhere when I move and you cant see a thing. Everything is updated and no viruses. I was wondering if someone could have some feedback on whats wrong. I've provided a picture to give you an idea on wh at im talking about. When I record the video is just fine when i go over it.
