NEED HELP WITH STREAMING FROM LAPTOP

Hey so I have a dell Inspiron 15.6 laptop with a intel I5 -8GB memory and a nvidia 1050 gtx card with 1 TB+ 8GBhybrid hard drive but I cannot stream at 1080p ! I used to be able to but now i cannot I run nvec but it still lags I run x264 and it lags even more someone please help i don’t understand why my laptop does not streaming my dual pc streaming set up the way it used too .
 
You have to understand for any productive advice on your issue you need to supply us with detailed information via a logfile.
