Question / Help Need help with streaming CS:GO ! need help fast!

So today got my new cpu n decided to try out streaming but when i streamed i had fps all good and didnt lag but when they were watching the stream then they had lag in stream so could anyone help me and tell me what settings should i use+

and when i start streaming the fps is like 100 and i feel kinda laggy but it should be like 150 atleast or so if im not wrong


and my internet:
Download speed 48
Upload speed 9.86

o and i play on 12024x768 resolution and i stream on that resolution too

Well, if you needed help fast you probably should have read the stickies and posted a log file...
