Hi, I have problem with OBS since the beginning and I don't have any ideas how to solve it. I wanted to stream some AAA games like Witcher 3, GTA V etc but the stream in my opinion is not running smooth. The problem was also in tittles like Lol, Fall Guys and Fortnite but I decreased number of FPS for each of the tittles and it pretty much solved the choping in screen capture. It's more complicated problem because LoL, Fall Guys and Fortnite works fine in screen capture while Overwatch 2 and GTA V prefers game capture.
So far I have tried:
- changing OBS priority to high
- always run as admin
- switching game capture/screen capture for different titles
- minimizing OBS on the main screen
I'm attaching some log files of one of many tests:
1. For now it's my best run of The Witcher 3 since a few days (dx12, next gen version, screen capture because game capture doesn't work for now and have to be patched). It was decent but unfortunately I can feel it's not smooth enough.
2. Game capture, the camera was so laggy I was teleporting in it while the game smoothness was mediocre.
3. Game capture, just the game without any twitch overlays, camera etc. It was a slideshow, choppy and laggy.
