Question / Help Need help with stream settings

Hello, I am a streamer who streams Minecraft on twitch.tv

I am here in need of help of getting the best settings I can out of my PC specs and internet speed. I mostly want smoothness in my stream although better quality would be nice to. also here is a link to my most recent broadcast - http://www.twitch.tv/noxyii/b/427670637

"The best settings possible" is very subjective. You've already got something decent going, so you're just going to have to play around with it.

I'm not sure how well that CPU performs, so it's hard to say whether you can bump up your x264 preset, but if you can run superfast or veryfast, that would be a big step up.

Even if you can't fun a better preset, you should still be able to increase your FPS to 30, which would be good.

sorry i meant like what are the best settings I can get out if this. WHen I have Minecraft and OBS open i will have around 60-70% of CPU

Well then, try the things I suggested and see how it works. You'll have to play around with settings. Sorry, it's kind of hard to help you more than that.
