Question / Help Need help with stream settings

Hi guys, i want to stream but i don't find any good settings for my computer, so i thought to ask for help here
My specs:
Intel core i3 540
ram 16 gb gskill 1600 mhz
radeon 5770 1gb
and using 1680x1050 monitor resolution

so can u help me with the settings?
Edit: Need to get more fps while gaming
