Question / Help Need help with stream quality

Hello guys, recently i tried to stream with the new pc i bought, and im facing problems and really stuck at this point,
whenever i stream my game quality is good but on stream its really bad , what settings should i be looking at and what settings would be best for the following pc?

Motherboard: ASRock Z370 PRO4
CPU: I5 8600K Hexa Core
GPU: Palit Geforce GTX 1060 6GB gddr5 Jetstream
RAM: 2X8 GB Patriot Viper
PSU: Seasonic GD Prime 650 Gold 80
OS: Windows 10

Help will be much appreciated, also the game i am trying to stream is PUBG/Dota 2
 
As said before need to post a log, without a log no one can see what is going on. If you don't want post a log then no one can help. Also in the tools there is Auto Config Wizard that can be able to run and also it give idea what settings can go with
