Need help with Sound from Zoom to OBS

I use Zoom for the legal industry, recording video etc.

I have to record the jobs via zoom using OBS. I have one laptop which is able to record the zoom audio and video via OBS.

My new laptop is unable to record the Zoom audio that is connected to OBS, I am able to record video but not the audio. I need this laptop for backup video and as it's new I want to start using it as my primary original video source and the old one as back up.


I'm hoping someone can help me on this one.
