Question / Help Need help with settings

Hi everybody, I hope I'm posting in the right section.
I know it's probably a repetitive question in this forum but I'd like you guys to help me with the settings of obs studio, I'd like to stream on twitch at 1080p 60fps, res:1920x1080.
This is the PC that I'm using:
CPU: i7 8700k 3.7Ghz, up to 4.7Ghz Turbo
RAM: 16GB ddr4 3000mhz
GPU: GTX 1080 MSI Armor OC

Broadband upload 100mbs
