Question / Help need help with settings.

Could someone please help me with my settings for OBS. I am trying to stream on YouTube. I am currently using display capture and everything looks great in OBS before I start streaming no lag etc. Then when I stream I can't seem to find the correct settings to run a smooth stream, e.g. Lots of lag or picture isn't clear. Here is my internet speed... any help would be greatly appreciated.

hey brother,
I had this problem before try to lower your bit rate and if you have a 5G on your router use that. Also because MAC seems to put less RAM in their computers it will interfere with the upload so only use OBS on the laptop. Shut down everything else using CPU and RAM space. Tell me how it goes.
