Question / Help Need help with settings

Hi.I tried to set up my OBS using some tips from some videos but couldnt make it.If theres someone who knows very good this program and can help me id be happy.Ill leave my pc specs and upload speed here.
CPU: i5 2500k oc to 4.5ghz
GPU: gtx 1060 6gb
10gb ram
Upload speed: 494mbps
